Personal Training for General Fitness

PFT is dedicated to helping clients achieve their athletic and fitness goals through strength and agility training, using the fundamentals of weight training combined with the latest plyometric movements. Programs are customized to meet the specific needs of each individual. We train individuals at all fitness levels. We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions. Private in-home sessions and partnered sessions are also available.

Training and Conditioning for Student & Sport Specific Athletes

In addition to general fitness and overall well-being, we offer a comprehensive program geared for student and competitive athletes. Each athlete’s position and level of competition are taken into account when designing a program that will allow the athlete to be stronger, faster and more explosive.

Nutrition and Weight Management

Nutrition is a vital part of any fitness program. Good nutrition is not about just looking great, it’s about feeling great and properly fueling the body for optimal performance. PFT is committed to educating its clients on proper nutrition guidelines to ensure the overall success in meeting their goals and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As part of our training program, we offer nutritional analysis along with recommendations on appropriate food choices. We also offer additional services, such as customized meal planning and meal preparation.
